This medium weight stretch cotton fabric features a bold matte black lattice design printed onto a solid white background. This fabric features a very good 2 way stretch from cut end to cut end. It has a stiff starched feel. We do not know the percentage of Lycra in this, it is a closeout fabric in limited supply, once it is gone it is gone.
