Shipping & Delivery Information
We provide shipping services to all 50 U.S. states and to international customers. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and must be agreed to before you finalize your order.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
- Processing: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours, Monday through Friday.
- Standard Delivery: Expect your order to arrive in 4 to 7 business days with standard shipping, unless you choose an expedited service.
Shipping Methods and Details
Shipping fees are determined at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. These charges include the cost of the shipping label and handling. In cases where shipping costs are lower than anticipated, we may issue a refund for the difference. For bulk orders, please contact our team to explore more economical shipping solutions. To keep shipping costs down, most of our fabrics are sent folded. Shipping on a roll is available upon request but will result in higher shipping fees.
Free Shipping Promotion
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $200 to the 48 contiguous United States. This excludes specialty orders that have to ship on a roll. Free shipping orders will always ship folded. Please note that orders with free shipping may have longer processing and transit times, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We recommend allowing at least 7 to 10 business days for delivery with this option.
Sample Orders
Understanding the need to see and feel our fabrics, we process sample orders within 1-2 business days. Samples are sent via USPS First Class Mail, which is a non-traceable service, unless you select an upgraded shipping method.
Expedited Shipping
For faster delivery, you can select an expedited shipping option at checkout, which will provide an estimated delivery date. While we will assist with any carrier-related delays, we cannot guarantee a refund for such issues as it is subject to the carrier's own policies.
Delivery Delays
Please be aware that shipping carriers do not operate on national holidays, which can affect delivery timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays or severe weather conditions and advise planning your orders accordingly.
International Orders
We ship internationally using major carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied by the destination country. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay these charges.
How Your Fabric is Packaged
Your order may arrive in various forms: single-fold rolls, double-fold rolls, or folded in a box. The packaging is chosen based on what is best for the fabric, shipping costs, and logistical considerations. While we do our best to meet customer requests, we cannot guarantee a specific packaging method. By ordering, you agree to the packaging determined by our fulfillment team.
