Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your purchase from Muse Fabrics! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition in which you received it. This means it should be unworn, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Our Commitment to Quality
At Muse Fabrics, we inspect every order before it goes out. Please note that minor variations and imperfections that are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not qualify for a return. This includes small imperfections in the weave for orders over 5 yards. A variation in dye lot from a previous purchase or an imperfect selvage edge. Please note that returns based on color disputes will incur a 15% restocking fee. We offer free swatches so ovoid these situations. Different displays show color differently. So, if color matching is absolutely necessary, we suggest requesting a free swatch sample. Just message us at Musefabric@gmail.com
We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage that exceeds these standards, or if you've received an incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make things right. After this 7-day period, we are unable to process any claims for damage.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for any fabric that has been cut or altered.
Items Not Eligible for Return
While we strive to be flexible, there are a few items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Fees for cutting, expedited shipping, or processing
- Fabric that has been custom-cut for your order
- Custom-made products like rod pockets or table covers
- Fabric Grab Bags
- Anything marked as "Final Sale"
If you're unsure about your specific item, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on sale items or gift cards.
Making an Exchange
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the product you'd like instead.
Your Refund
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will let you know if it has been approved. An approved refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
If you're waiting on a refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. If you've done this and still need assistance, please contact us at support@fabricwholesaledirect.com.
Returning a Gift
If you received an item as a gift that was shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the gift was sent to the person who purchased it, they will receive the refund.
The Fine Print
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. Your original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Muse Fabrics is not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as for sewing or alterations. The delivery time for exchanged items will depend on your location.
